Achievement Partners is not yet credentialed with any insurance providers or medical assistance plans. Some insurances may cover our services under "out-of-network" provider benefits. We will submit any insurance claims on your behalf to have you repaid by your insurance. We do require payment at the time of service and any unpaid balances not covered by insurance no later than sixty (60) days. Before providing any services, we will call and verify your benefits. Because we are an "out-of-network" provider, there is no guarantee that services will be reimbursed by your insurer. We can at times also pursue a single-case agreement with an insurer, which allows you to access in-network benefits.
We offer a sliding fee scale based on income. All families who elect to enter services, will be eligible to apply for financial assistance by request. Prior to starting services, all fees and associated insurance information will be determined. Payment plans are also available.
